Darlene established Partners PEO on the following principle: “When a Trusted Business Owner calls at 6:30 am to report a problem, personally answering the call is what we do. As Founder and CEO, I guarantee your dedicated Business Development Advisor will follow through to resolve your issues immediately, ensuring that your business operations experience minimal disruption and all your employees are paid correctly and on time from their date of hire.”

Darlene is a Senior Business Advisor with over twenty years of experience, during which time she has served hundreds of Colorado businesses with thousands of worksite employees. She has specific expertise in the areas of workers’ compensation, human resource compliance, and employee benefits and is licensed for all insurance lines.

Darlene delights in creating home-baked cookie designs during the holidays. In her free time, she enjoys travel and golf.

As an Infantry Mortarman in the United States Marines, Austin served with 2nd Battalion 1st Marines, Fox Company as a Mortar Section Leader. He personally led over 10 marines ensuring their well-being, growth, and professional development. He also helped provide crucial support and guidance for another 160 Marines, ensuring the success of over 30 training exercises ranging from three to 30 days in length. He brings this passion, dedication, and experience to Partners PEO to deliver his personal ethos, “excellence only,” in every aspect of his work with the company.

A native of Colorado, Austin enjoys hiking, golfing, and spending time with his family. If he is not working hard in the office, you can be sure to find him at the gym.

Call her Becky, please! She came to Partners PEO with a 30-year background in food customer service and is steadfastly dedicated to setting a high bar of excellence for her PEO clients. She enjoys (and has earned) a loyal following of customers who have benefitted from her expertise and personalized care. When you’re lucky enough to meet her in person, you can look forward to enjoying her delicious breakfast burritos and other treats in her gift baskets during employee enrollment meetings.

Becky is a native of Colorado who loves to go camping, fishing, and four-wheeling with her husband in the state’s boundless and varied outdoor locations.

Devin Gutierrez is a firm believer in the power of personal customer service. She will always go above and beyond in her role to answer all of your questions and troubleshoot potential problems to ensure her clients’ lives and jobs are made easier by her presence. She proudly holds her degree in Business Management, earning her bachelor’s from Colorado’s own Metropolitan State University in 2021. Ambitious and driven, she is committed to growing Partners PEO and nurtures a dream of one day opening a business of her own.

Devin lives in Colorado and takes full advantage of its distinct seasons, snowboarding through the winters and hiking in the summer days. She enjoys painting as a hobby and is committed to self-development in her physical, mental, professional, and spiritual life.

Susan Meyer has been in the Payroll service industry for over 5 years, in that time she has had the opportunity to handle both high-volume and high-complexity payrolls. This experience gives her insight into the finer points of payroll processing while also supporting her capacity to deliver excellent customer service. As a member of the Partners PEO team, Susan brings a passion to serve her clients well, and the knowledge to succeed in that effort.

When not at work, Susan is an avid reader, and loves cooking. If not pursuing one of her hobbies, Susan can be found enjoying time with her family and caring for her four dogs.

Austin is a Client Compliance Specialist with expertise in client relationship management, customer satisfaction and retention. He is an enthusiastic and outgoing professional who enjoys working with people while providing insightful and honest business guidance. While managing a family-owned business, he decided to go back to school for an MBA in order to be able help all Colorado businesses in an everchanging economy.

Austin is a proud Colorado native and has lived all over the state while enjoying an abundance of outdoor activities. He enjoys hiking with his wife and dog, playing golf, and being a pro-sports FANatic.
